The SPEEED Program was created by Ethan Wilkie, PhD — a rare combination of elite-level athlete and academic expert in biomechanics. His proven methods merge evidence-based sprint mechanics with hockey-specific movement patterns to produce measurable, game-ready results.

What is SPEEED?

This isn’t a “speed camp.” It’s a 10-week elite performance system engineered for hockey players of all positions and ages who want more — more acceleration, more power, more separation on the ice.

Through cutting-edge biomechanics testing, personalized performance tracking, and the most advanced skating treadmill in Quebec, SPEEED delivers explosive improvements in both lateral and linear speed.

Program Schedule & Details

Length: 10 weeks (no session the week of October 13, 2025)
Format: 1 × 90-minute session per week, capped at elite small-group sizes
Location: Zero Chill Academy, Candiac, QC
Investment: $500 + QST
