Training adapted to your hockey or ringette team’s age, level and development goals.
Skater program
45 min at the skating treadmill station
45 min of skills on the synthetic surface
45 min of physical preparation in the gym
Goalie program
Goalies train during the same team visit, receiving 60 min with a dedicated goalie coach and 30 min of strength and conditioning specific to their position.
Up to 15 skaters and 2 goalies, with groups of up to five skaters per station.
$500 to $600 per team, per visit
Taxes included. Pricing depends on the number of committed visits.
M7 to M9
Foundations and Development Package · 90 minutes
Age-appropriate training that helps younger athletes develop their skills and coordination.

M11 to M18: a guaranteed commitment of 24 or more visits requires a 50% deposit.
